The Empathy Score

The Empathy Score

The Empathy Score is a system for noticing where empathy is present and where it falls short. The Scorecards surface patterns in how you relate to others and to yourself, offering a clear, structured way to track what’s often left unsaid. The book, The Empathy Gap, gives those patterns language. The Study Guide holds space for deeper reflection. Together, they work as one system to help you see more clearly and respond more consciously.

Where to Begin

The Work of Empathy

It all starts with a decision to be honest.

Are You Ready?

Each step is an invitation to slow down, look honestly at how you move through the world, and begin shifting what no longer aligns. Meaningful change happens through consistency, honesty, and presence.

The Empathy Gap
When I was earning my master’s in organizational leadership it was made very clear that people aren't machines & we cannot turn off our humanity when we walk into our place of business. We must care for and invest in people just like we do equipment and machines. I'd always contemplated why, when this seems so obvious, do we still expect people to present as robots & criticize them when they don't. We deem them unworthy of that investment. This is the book that begins to unravel that 'why' and set us on a path of how to engage in human centered Leadership. We have to first allow ourselves to be human. This book is the key. It unravels & unlocks the rest of the knowledge in my field. It brings everything else to life. Love, love, love it! Thank you for giving this to us."

Empathy Scorecards/The Empathy Gap
I swear I cannot rest until at least 100,000 people buy the book, scorecards, and study guide. I've never in my life been this certain about us not only NEEDING this information but I've been listening to people and it's what people say they WANT. I've read too many books to count and there's not a single one I'd promote like this. Because this book brings all the others to life. It's almost like the answer sounds to simple, so we think we already know. If it was that simple it wouldn't be so hard.
